Thank you for your interest in the International Society for Technology in Arthroplasty (ISTA). ISTA is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and its goal is to promote public awareness of and education and research, in arthroplasty. The principle means by which this purpose is achieved is through the organization and execution of an Annual Congress. During the Congresses, emerging technologies are discussed between surgeons, engineers, and members of industry. Hence, ISTA is not a traditional research society, but works together with industry to develop and implement the most optimal technologies for our patients.
