In addition to spotlights at the annual meeting, we strive to foster a culture of inclusivity and to create long-lasting support.

Delivered by Dr. Sietske Rozie

Dr. Sietske Rozie is a former radiologist who now organizes and facilitates masterclasses in personal leadership for medical professionals. She serves as Academic Director and lecturer of AI and Digital Transformation in Healthcare at TIAS School for Business and Society.

Dr. Rozie also co-hosted a podcast series discussing topics critical to the sustainable employability of medical doctors working in hospitals, contributing to important conversations about the future of healthcare careers.

Dr. Rozie did her PhD studies in the field of automated quantification in medical imaging and has emerged as a leading creative voice in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare in The Netherlands. She is recognized for her visionary perspective on how AI can meaningfully support and elevate the work of healthcare professionals through the lens of leadership in healthcare.

As a consultant, trainer, and podcast host for a Ministry of Health program on cybersecurity, Sietske works to expand knowledge on behavioral change and its investigation and application across all types of healthcare organizations.
